Initiate Your Return

Contact our Customer Care team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

Ship to DHC

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid label; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
